Meet the Team
Dinu is a Criminologist by formation, with over a decade of Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, and Anti-Fraud experience in Banking and FinTech. He shaped Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime frameworks in the UK and abroad, focusing on combining efficient governance with smart automation for a truly agile Compliance function, whatever the business’s size.
George joined the team at the end of 2023, focusing on Customer Due Diligence and streamlining operational processes. Formerly with HMRC since 2019, George knows a thing or two about structure, designing efficiency, and managing automation.
Isabella joined at the start of 2024, helping manage large corporate structures and their Compliance complexities. Isabella also focuses on developing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Compliance. With a strong FinTech background, Isabella brings a wealth of technology integration experience.
Vasily joined InBusiness as a Strategic Account Manager in mid-2024. Having managed complex institutional clients in his previous roles with Coinbase and Merchant Money, his specialty is putting customers first, ensuring consistent client coverage, and building long-lasting business relationships.
