Meet the Team
Dinu is a Criminologist by formation, with over a decade of experience in Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, and Anti-Fraud in Banking and FinTech. He shaped Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime frameworks in the UK and abroad, focusing on combining efficient governance with smart automation to create a truly agile Compliance function, regardless of the business’s size.
George joined the team at the end of 2023, focusing on Customer Due Diligence and streamlining operational processes. Formerly with HMRC since 2019, George knows a thing or two about structure, designing efficiency, and managing automation. Since June 2026, George has stepped up as a Compliance Specialist, taking on broader responsibility across the function
Vasily joined InBusiness as a Strategic Account Manager in mid-2024. Having managed complex institutional clients in his previous roles at Coinbase and Merchant Money, he specialises in putting customers first, ensuring consistent client coverage, and building long-lasting business relationships.
Joe joined the team in the spring of 2025 as a Compliance Analyst, bringing experience from a government-contracted body, The Walt Disney Company, and BMW Group. A Business Management graduate, he focuses on governance, due diligence, and the everyday rigour that keeps a Compliance function both sharp and efficient.
